A foreign Intelligence Service shared clandestine information with the Waagacusub Media before the militant wage terrorist attacks in Lido Beach, Peace Garden, Hotel SYL, Galkayo and Hotel Ambassador.
Three officials better known as “Insiders 3” that shared the source with Waagacusub media and had warned [of] the group’s evil plan. According to the source, Somaliland authorities brokered a deal with Al-Shabaab, and instead gave Ethiopia 10% of it.
