Debbie as part of the HR team is responsible for providing advice and guidance on all people related matters, policy and process. Debbie is involved in the deliverance of the HR Strategy and developing people to help them achieve their goals.
Debbie is an experienced Human Resource Manager. This has been gained working in the retail sector, education and the hospitality industry. Debbie also has experience working in the Adult Social Care sector as an HR Business Partner. Debbie’s qualifications include BA hons in Marketing and Retail Management and MCIPD, and is a chartered member of CIPD.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling, swimming, skiing and spending time with her family.
